Rules and Regulations

The Basics

The competition begins Monday, January 21st with entry’s due by April 2nd.  Judging will commence the following week.  Further details on the judging process can be seen at the club sports website.

Anyone can participate within the Club Sports Photo Competition.  However, all submitted photographs must follow the official guidelines of the competition and must be the photographer’s original work. 

Photographs may be either submitted in digital or print.  Digital photographs must be submitted to online via email.  Prints must be submitted to UREC office in the SRC with written entry form.

There is no entry fee
 
All images must be of ASU Club Sports Teams or related content.  No outside athletic photography is allowed.
 
All images must be submitted by the shooting photographer.

All images submitted for consideration in the Club Sports Photography Competition remain the sole property of photographer.  Entraints retain copyright over each of their images.   Entrants grant University Recreation a license to use the images upon submission in competition.
